Registration Return Policy and
Equipment Return Policy
1. 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if requested in writing to the AYFL Treasurer before June 15, 2008.
2. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if requested in writing to the AYFL Treasurer before August 1, 2008.
3. After August 1, 2008 the registration fee is non-refundable except under special circumstances by petition in writing before the AYFL Board of Directors. All board decisions will be final.
4. Equipment returns deposit checks should be dated for 12/01/2008. In the event that all equipment is not returned at the end of the season, the deposit check will be cashed. Otherwise all checks shall be returned or shredded.
*Fees become non-refundable due to the commitment that Abington Youth Football makes to ensure that players are outfitted with safe and proper equipment. All equipment purchases must be made prior to the start of the season to ensure all players will have the proper equipment required to play.
